DR. CHARLES SLAVIK
Dr. Charles graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago. He interned at Cook County Hospital and completed his pediatric residency training at Children's Memorial Hospital, also in Chicago.
Dr. Charles has over 40 years of experience here at Pediatric & Adolescent Center.

DR. MICHAEL SLAVIK
Dr. Mike attended the Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa from 1992-1996 and graduated with his Doctor of Osteopathy degree and inducted into Sigma Sigma Phi, the National Honor Osteopathic Fraternity. He proceeded to complete his pediatric residency at Lutheran General Children's Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois from 1996-1999. He has been with Pediatric & Adolescent Center ever since.
